The Faculty/Staff Academy

The Lakeside Faculty/Staff Academy is a group of seminars, reading groups, and classes offered with the intent of promoting lifelong learning for the adult community. Through the process of learning together and sharing the rich and diverse experience, knowledge and training among us, we hope to create a space to examine how we as a community frame our models of learning, teaching, and culture. In addition, it is our hope that this program will further our sense of shared mission and promote greater appreciation for each other's experience, training and skills. Please note that there is deliberately tremendous breadth in terms of the choices of activities. The variety of choices extend from the fun and light, to the more focused and scholarly, to everything in between.
