Endowment Campaign Goal: $2,000,000 A summer school, open to all qualified students, would spread more widely the benefits of a Lakeside School education. We envision some 220 young people spending six weeks on campus taking academic classes, honing their athletic abilities, and studying the arts.
Lakeside has a beautiful campus and—more important—a talented faculty. A summer program would make it possible to share these resources with the larger Seattle community while enabling promising students to participate in a rich program of learning.
While the summer school will serve all of our students, an endowment will make it possible for Lakeside School to offer summer-school courses to students from the Seattle metropolitan area who would otherwise not be able to attend Lakeside.
