On Thursday, Dec. 7, Lakeside 6th graders in drama present their Seattle Stories – monologues written and performed by students, and based on personal experiences. "This performance is a unique blend of personal storytelling and ensemble theater, and this year's program is one of the strongest yet," said Middle School drama teacher Jenny Estill.
The performance takes place at 7 p.m. in the Evans Theater at the Middle School. The evening also includes a gallery walk, during which portions of the students' memoirs (written for English class) will be on display. Doors open at 6:45 p.m. Learn more about the Seattle Stories unit.
