This program has special promise of providing a unique opportunity for education, personal growth, and enjoyment. This two-week outing is over spring break week and the short week following. The group will travel to the Grand Gulch Primitive area in southeastern Utah and spent their time backpacking, studying anazai ruins and history, working on a ruin protection project and doing a 2-3 day solo. Limit of ten students. No previous experience required. Cost: Approximately $475. Leader: Jara Popelkova and Deborah Heath.

Student selection for this program will take place the first week of October, 2007. The trip roster is posted on the Outdoor Bulletin Board in Bliss 28.
