Improving Parents Association Operations
The Parents Association President sets the agenda for each year's Long Range Planning activities. The objectives for 2005-2006 include:

Develop a statement on budget administration and fiscal accountability for PA Committee Chairs
Review need and coordinate implementation of a new appointed position for PA Admissions Liaison
- US Representative
- MS Representative
Review and update the Parents Association Mission Statement
Review and update the New Parent Guide
- Perform needed edits for Upper School version

Develop outline and initiate production of a Middle School version
Get production quotes and supervise printing of both Upper School and Middle School New Parent Guides

Propose a training program for future Parents Association volunteers
- PA Exec Committee members
- PA committee Chairs

Mission
Long Range Planning Chair(s) are appointed at the discretion of the Parents Association President to work on specific projects that the President feels will improve the work of the organization.
