Directions to Lakeside Rummage loading dock: 
From I-5, take exit number 175, at N.E. 145^th St. Go west on 145^th. At 1^st Ave. N.E., turn left. Pass Lakeside School and turn left at 140^th street. Follow the road to the bottom of the hill and turn left onto 4^th Ave. N.E. Our depot is on the left side, with one or two large trailers parked in front. 

School Year Hours: 9 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Summer Hours: We are open Mondays and Thursdays 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.  We are happy to give you a receipt for your donation.  Donations may be left on the loading dock when we are closed, we cannot give a receipt for those items.

We can only accept donations during depot hours. We are grateful for your wonderful new or gently used donations. However, there are some items we cannot use or sell.  [For responsible disposal of electronics items, see reference at the bottom of page.]

Refrigerators Large appliances Broken or damaged appliances (small) Worn, stained upholstered furniture Sofa beds Mattresses Tires or tire chains Hazardous chemicals Paint Bathroom fixtures

Computers or computer accessories Monitors Keyboards Printers Scanners TVs Cribs Car seats Magazines and encyclopedias

Please keep this list in mind as you drop items off at the Depot.  The disposal of these items is expensive and time-consuming for the volunteers.  In particular, electronics contain a potent mix of plastics, metals, and hazardous materials that are harmful to the environment.  For responsible disposal of electronics, you may be interested in checking information for the regional Take It Back Network electronics recycling program which includes listings of participating agencies at http://www.metrokc.gov/dnrp/swd/electronics/index.asp
