The Upper School’s boys and girls soccer teams use this natural grass pitch for both training and matches in their respective spring and fall seasons. The field, located across 1st Avenue NE from the main Upper School campus, was completed in 1970 and dedicated to the memory of Thomas W. Carlisle ’37 on land donated by C. D. Stimson, an early Seattle entrepreneur in timber, sawmills, and real estate development.
