Join us Wednesday, May 30 from 5-8 p.m. for Lakeside’s Arts Fest! This annual celebration of visual and performing arts – now in its 32nd year – is the culminating event for many of Lakeside’s arts classes.

A new format for 2018 will include more student performers and allow the audience to move around the campus and take in the different types of art on display. Visual art displays, featuring art from every visual art student, will be located in McKay Chapel and Pigott Family Arts Center, both of which will open at 5 p.m.

Dramatic performances by students in Drama II and III will take place in the student center (in the refectory, next to the Wright Community Center) starting at 6 p.m. Small chamber music groups and jazz combos will play throughout the evening in McKay Chapel, the student center, and outside the Pigott Family Arts Center, with the larger groups (concert choir, jazz band, and orchestra) performing pieces including senior concertos, and student compositions and arrangements in Saint Nicholas Hall.

We hope to see you there!
