The new admissions season is now open! We are now accepting applications for the 2018-2019 school year.

Taking a tour of the Middle School or Upper School campus is a great way to learn what it's like to be a Lakesider. Though tours are an optional part of the admissions process at Lakeside, we think they are a great way to get a sense of the school.  Small-group tours take visitors to all the key parts of campus, providing a view into classrooms during school hours and offering the opportunity to interact with students and/or staff.

At the beginning of Middle School tours, students and their parents and guardians are offered separate programming: a little more informational for the adults and a little more fun for the kids! After that, the entire group is led through the school by admissions staff for what is a very thorough introduction to Lakeside Middle School.

Upper School tours are led by current students who lead one to three families around campus and into all the buildings. Along the way, student guides provide information about Lakeside's curriculum and co-curriculum and their own experiences as Lakesiders.

You can schedule a tour online through your Ravenna admissions account (learn more on the Visit Us webpage). If you like what you see on a tour, the next step is to set up an admissions visit (at the Middle School) or an interview at the Upper School.

The independent school admissions process has a lot of pieces and can feel overwhelming. Our admissions staff is here to help and support families through the process. Let's take it one step at a time!
