Save the date for ROARING HEARTS

February 8, 2025, 5:30-10 p.m.

Meydenbauer Center, Bellevue

ROARing Hearts is the Lakeside Parents and Guardians Association's annual adult party and fundraiser. It is a fun evening with the primary goal of connecting with fellow parents and guardians. There will be fabulous student performances, a reception with appetizers and drinks, a raffle, a silent dessert auction, a unique photo opportunity, music, dancing, a 3-course, seated dinner, and a little bit of fundraising. Please mark your calendar as you won't want to miss this! The invitation will be emailed in early January.

We are underway with planning for ROARing Hearts 2025! If you are interested to help, please contact Lakeside PGA or the chairs. Committees include sponsorship, procurement (general items and wine/spirits), decor, and night-of volunteers.

Donate an item!

We're accepting item donations for our fun online auction! Popular items are wine, spirits, retail or restaurant gift cards, unique activities and experiences (e.g. teach a small group class or create a "to-go" meal), vacation homes, buy-in parties, and tickets to entertainment and sports events. We also love to offer unique or hard-to-find items, vintage (previously owned, in good condition), and enjoy supporting local businesses. Items of all values are welcome and help build a broad array of offerings. The deadline to submit a donation is end of day, Friday, January 10, 2025. Click on the maroon button "donate an item".

Who benefits from the ROAR fundraiser? What programs are funded?

Funds raised from ROAR support 100% of PGA programs and events which benefit every student, faculty, staff, parent, and guardian. Examples include senior prom, Middle School field day, Arts Fest, tailgates, affinity groups, All-School Gathering, family summer gatherings, parent/guardian gatherings and education, APPLE faculty/staff appreciation, 8th-grade student graduation breakfast and gift, athletic fees for all MS students, and so much more. ROAR also funds classroom enrichment, athletics, music, theater, and the visual arts.
