Middle School Community Night: A celebration of Lakeside families is organized by the T.J. Vassar Diversity Committee of the PGA, co-chaired by Winston Yeung P’23 ’25 and Karin Butler P’22 ’23.

Last Friday, Lakeside Middle School held its second annual Community Night, where over 200 students, families, faculty, and staff came together to celebrate the wonderfully diverse community that we share at Lakeside. The lunchroom was transformed into a festive hall filled with family stations and incredible food dishes celebrating our cultures, family history, and passions.

From the Canadian hockey to Chinese dumpling making stations to the Swiss raclette, LGBTQ cookies, Korean japchae, Scottish music, and much more, families shared an incredible variety of interests and backgrounds within the Lakeside community.  Thank you to all the volunteers, chefs, and everyone who participated and made this event a resounding success.
