Updated Feb. 25, 2021.
In the coming weeks, students will have the opportunity to take school photos during picture days at the Middle and Upper school campuses. These photos will be used in the Lakeside yearbooks (with the exception of 12th graders, whose senior portraits will be used) and on student IDs. We recognize that some students are learning remotely and/or will not be on campus to take a photo. Yearbook staff will be reaching out to ensure that all students are represented with a photo.
6th and 8th graders: Wednesday, Jan. 27 and Thursday, Jan. 28. Student cohorts will have assigned times during the day to have their photo taken.
11th graders (and optional 12th graders): Friday, Jan. 29. Students will sign up for a timeslot. More information will be shared with students.
5th and 7th graders: Tuesday, Feb. 2. Student cohorts will have assigned times during the day to have their photo taken.
9th and 10th graders: Friday, Feb. 5. Students will sign up for a timeslot. More information will be shared with students.
Retake days are scheduled for Friday, March 5 and Friday, March 12. Photography is available 9-11 a.m. at the Upper School and 12-3 p.m. at the Middle School both Fridays. Upper School students may sign up for a timeslot. Middle School students may take photos during their recess or study hall.
Students who are learning remotely may come to campus for a photo if they follow all COVID-19 protocol including testing negative for COVID-19 the Friday before.
Our photographer and anyone working with him will be tested for COVID-19 prior to coming to campus and will wear face coverings while at Lakeside. The photo booth will be set up following social distancing guidelines. Students may take their masks off at the last minute for the photo. Hand sanitizer will be available.
If families would like to order prints or digital copies of the photos, the order form is available here. Families may pre-pay via Venmo; pay day-of by printing the form and sending a check, credit card information, or cash to campus with your student; or order photos after they are taken by visiting the URL on the form. Families do not have to place an order for prints for their student to have a picture taken.
